Tags

We manufacture the Tags with various technologies to suit different environmental conditions. These are Moulded Tags, Epoxy Potted Tags, PET Tags, Animal ID Tags, Pigeon Ring Tag, Glass Tube Tag etc.
The Tags are available with various sizes ranging from 12mm to 50mm & various thickness to suit the customer requirements. Employing a combination of automatic & manual manufacturing processes, we specialise in customized requirement in a very short turnaround time.

Features:

• Our Moulded Tags are Transponder Moulded in different engineering plastic materials. These Moulded Tags provides outstanding performance & durability in harsh environmental conditions. The Tags can be supplied with & without center hole.

• Our Epoxy Potted Tags are transponder placed in plastic material & Potted with Epoxy. These Tags provides outstanding performance & durability in harsh environmental conditions. The Tags can be supplied with & without center hole.

• Our PET Tags are Transponders laminated in very thin, clear PET laminate film. These PET Tags provide limited protection against impact & environmental conditions and is often subjected to be integrated into other component packages for customer specific applications.

• Our Animal ID Tags are transponder placed in plastic/glass material. They are available in different sizes & suitable for various animal identification purposes. They are Sheep Tag, Earring Tag, Glass Tag, Bolus Tag etc.

• Apart from above, we also manufacture other industrial tags (e.g.) Beer Tag, Pigeon Ring, Cylinder Tags and Ferrite Tags etc.

Wrist Band

Our Wristband is a transponder placed in Polycarbonate plastic housing. They are completely waterproof as they are ultrasonically wielded. These Wristband provides outstanding performance and durability in harsh environmental conditions. They undergo various stringent quality tests throughout the process. We also have a facility to print the sequence/test on them with Laser Printing as well as with Pad Printing. These Wristband are available with Nylon Strap as will as with PU Straps.

Inlets

Our Inlays are suitable for use in production of ISO Cards. Inlets are the heart of Contactless Cards. Our transponders used in the Inlets are designed to give the final Card excellent electrical performances. The transponders are individually tested before placing them on a PVC/PC Sheets. We at APK, can manufacture the Inlets with different pitch formats as per the customer’s requirement.

Key Fobs

Our Tearshape Keyfob is a transponder placed in Polycarbonate plastic housing. They are completely waterproof as they are ultrasonically wielded. We also have a facility to print the sequence/test on them with Laser Printing as well as with Pad Printing.

Transponders

The Transponders are core of our products. They are used in manufacturing of Cards, Tags, Keyfobs, Wristbands & Inlets. The Transponder consists of copper wired antenna attached to an integrated circuit chip.

Contactless Cards

Clamshell Cards have major applications in Access Control, Automatic Fare Collection, Internet Transaction & ticketing etc. Our Clamshell Cards have superior quality surface. The Transponder is placed between plastic & PVC Sheet. The Coil size is optimized to achieve maximum reading distance. To ensure the highest quality, each Transponder is individually tested before placement.
